Heart & Soul Healing

During a Healing Session I may use Oracle cards, Reiki, my psychic/mediumship or Birth story to bring through supportive energies for you.

I don’t heal you, you heal you. I simply hold sacred space for the love energy to come through. You are the one that opens up to receive what will best serve you.

My approach is gentle, kind and direct. I know this is big work and I know that we heal when we feel safe, heard, respected and loved.

During a Heart & Soul Healing Session we will connect in together to align our energies.

I will find out what is occurring for you that has you seeking support.

Depending on what you choose for your session, psychic reading, reiki, birth story, my intention is to create a safe and nurturing space so your nervous system can relax and be open to receiving what will best serve you.

We could discuss your health, relationships and/or your career, you may even require practical steps to start or build your business.

What these sessions are not - I do not tell your fortune - I wont tell you what to do.

I will cocreate with you to assist you to know and trust your own inner guidance and honour your unique gifts.

Spiritual Coaching is for those looking to understand and deepen their connection to their divine purpose and living from their heart and soul.

I have been coaching women for over 25 years to live their lives connected to their unique journey and honouring and sharing their unique gifts.

Most of us do better when we feel seen, heard and supported.

My role, as your coach is to listen to where you are now, honour where you would like to be and create a pathway together to achieve that.

I will shine light on areas that may be keeping you where you are and cheer you on when you doubt yourself. I will remind you of what you truly are capable of. I believe in you.

The word Reiki is Japanese and translated means Universal Life Energy. The definition for Rei - is universal, transcendental spirit, mysterious power, essence, unconditional love. The definition of Ki - is described as the vital life force energy. Therefore we have Reiki - Universal Life Energy.

Oracle cards are a divination tool which help us to gain insights into our past, present and future.

Through colours, images and our own intuition we can receive signs and symbols which help us to know answers to questions and insights into our journeys.

Have you heard the saying “ how you do anything is how you do everything”?

This seems to ring true when we look at our initial transition for this time, our birth. How we navigated getting from our mothers womb to our world is a piece to the puzzle of how we do life. It can be a clue as to how we process challenge and any transitions in our lives.

My three children taught me this and particularly my youngest son.

We meet in person, monthly in Samford Village, Brisbane, around the full moon.

We connect in with the natural cycles , we meditate, we share and we listen deeply to ourselves and to each other. There is something magical that takes place when women come together in sacred space. I have been blessed to have been holding circle space for women for over 20 years.
